Job Description

Hiring: Oracle EBS (R12) – Order Management Functional Lead

senior Oracle EBS (R12) Functional Lead

This role will lead end-to-end functional delivery and drive process excellence across customer service, pricing, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting & Shipping modules.
Manage full-cycle delivery – CRP, UAT, SIT, documentation (MD50/BR100).
Partner with business & IT teams to design scalable solutions and enhance system performance.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

10+ years
of experience in Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management & related modules.
Functional Lead in
3+ end-to-end implementations
.
Strong in AIM methodology, documentation & conversion design.
Exposure to Inventory, WIP, ASCP, or WMS modules preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills.
