Oracle Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant specializing in Oracle Talent Management, your primary responsibility will be to design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Total Reward Statements to accurately represent employee compensation data. Your role will also involve configuring and supporting Workforce Compensation Plans, including budgeting, modelling, and executing end-to-end cycles. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the data posting process from Workforce Compensation to Core HR, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Total Reward Statements - Configure and support Workforce Compensation Plans, including budgeting, modelling, and execution - Manage data posting process from Workforce Compensation to Core HR - Set up and configure Individual Compensation Plans (ICP), including plan components, eligibility profiles, and approval workflows - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions - Support testing, training, and deployment activities related to compensation modules - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configuration and processing Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Strong background in Total Rewards, Workforce Compensation, and Core HR integrations - Hands-on experience in building Total Reward Statements, managing elements, and developing Fast Formulas - Deep knowledge in Workforce Compensation Plan configuration and data posting to Core HR - Experience in Individual Compensation Plan setup and related approval workflows If you are interested in this contract position and possess the required qualifications and experience, please share your resume with recruiter@ignisov.com.
