Exciting opportunity to work with a Big 4 firm, delivering cutting-edge Oracle FCCS solutions to leading clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define consolidation and reporting needs.
  • Develop and enhance financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes using FCCS best practices.
  • Support UAT and SIT by preparing test scripts, documentation, and assisting business users.
  • Integrate FCCS with ERP, EPM, and other financial systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Build and maintain metadata, calculation rules, and consolidation models.
  • Create functional and technical documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation or support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, close cycles, and reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in FCCS configuration, metadata management, and automation.
  • Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial accounting principles.
  • Exposure to Financial Reporting Studio, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: Engineering, MCA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
