Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Manager with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, you will act as a techno-functional solution architect to deliver Oracle EPM implementation projects to clients. You will be involved in various project phases from gathering requirements to post go-live support. It is crucial to have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, along with a willingness to adapt to new technologies for client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the quality, correctness, and completeness of all project deliverables while adhering to consulting standards. - Collaborate effectively and communicate with onshore and client stakeholders. - Lead a small team of developers and build high-performing teams. - Travel onsite as needed with excellent communication and presentation skills. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules with a minimum of 4 completed implementation projects in Oracle EPBCS/FCCS/EDMCS/ARCS/EPCM/PCMCS/TRCS/NR. - Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality including data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPMAutomate, etc. - Proficiency in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions and understanding of financial statements, financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Blackline, etc., and On-Premises Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, OAC, etc. - Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements of a CFO function. - Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients with a proven track record of service delivery excellence. - MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications are a plus.,
