Role Overview: As a Consultant specialized in innovative transformation within the Finance function at financial institutions, you will be part of a dynamic and expanding team at EY FSO consulting. Your role will involve supporting clients in enhancing their performance and organization through significant Finance transformation projects. You will work at the intersection of Business strategies, innovative technologies, and regulatory developments to drive improvements in client performance and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining and implementing new operational models and necessary organizational changes, including process outsourcing. - Optimize existing financial processes across various Finance departments, conduct opportunity studies, and implement process automation. - Support clients in scoping and implementing new accounting and financial systems, leveraging technological innovations and digitalization. - Facilitate operational implementation of new standards and regulations such as Solvency II, BCBS 239, IFRS 9, IFRS 17, etc. - Establish or strengthen governance and data quality within Finance, integrating sustainability objectives into operational management (e.g., implementing non-financial reporting, defining ESG indicators). Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac + 5) with 3 to 8 years of experience in the consulting sector through significant Finance transformation projects or within the Finance Department of a financial institution (bank, insurance, etc.). - Demonstrate an interest in IT issues, including information systems, technological innovation, and digitalization. Knowledge of tools such as SAP S/4, Anaplan, Tagetik, Onestream, and Axway would be advantageous. - Possess a curious and versatile profile, willing to quickly acquire expertise in transformation subjects and work with diverse clients.
