Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Tech professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Oracle HCM and working knowledge of fast formulas and conversions.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement Oracle HCM from initiation to configuration through go-live.
Utilize HCM extracts and OTBI reports for outbound integrations.
Work with REST APIs/ATOM and HDL Data loads.
Approve BPM workflow approvals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience as an HCM technical analyst.
Experience with Oracle EBS Tech and related technologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a global environment.
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
Proficiency in MS Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
