Job Description:
5+ years of experience as an HCM technical analyst
Hands on-experience implementing Oracle HCM (from initiation to configuration through go-live)
Experience with outbound integrations (utilizing HCM extracts and OTBI reports)
Experience with REST APIs/ATOM
Hands on working knowledge with fast formulas and conversions
Hands on experience with HDL Data loads and BPM workflow approvals
Knowledge in project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
MS Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a global environment
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
