Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud P2P modules. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, excellent configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules.
  • Configure and support:
    • Purchasing
    • Self Service Procurement (SSP)
    • Sourcing
    • Supplier Portal
    • Supplier Qualification / Management
    • Procurement Contracts
  • Drive P2P process workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Develop functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and training materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (AP, Inventory, Projects, OIC) to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve procurement issues across environments.
  • Support UAT, migration activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve process efficiency and solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of overall experience, with minimum 4+ years in Oracle Cloud Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of P2P cycles and procurement best practices.
  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Expertise in setups, configurations, and BPM workflows.
  • Good exposure to integrations with AP, Inventory, and external procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Certifications (Procurement Cloud / SCM Cloud).
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Upgrade or Global Rollout projects.
  • Working knowledge of OIC-based integrations.
