Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret regulatory requirements impacting billing and rates for utilities.
• Configure, test, and validate billing rates within Oracle CC&B (C2M/CCS/CC&B) systems.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of rate structures across the OPCO.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, regulatory teams, and technical teams for seamless implementation of billing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues as they arise.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of utility billing processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Billing Rate Configurator (Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS/CC&B) is mandatory.
