You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure software meets quality standards and follows best practices. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Document software specifications and user manuals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Deployment Technologies. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle. - Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
