Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle B2B Service Cloud Engineer with 4 to 9 years of experience to lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle B2B Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Service Logistics, and SCM modules.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle B2B Service Cloud.
Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and workflows.
Work on Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Contract & Asset Management.
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and OTBI reports.
Integrate Oracle B2B Service Cloud with other systems and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle B2B Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Service Logistics, and SCM modules.
Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting and OTBI reporting.
Experience with complex integration projects.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
