Job Summary:

OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit

    OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates

    for

    full-time IT roles

    with direct clients and implementation partners.
  • Utilize

    AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Gemini AI, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireEZ, etc.)

    for writing job descriptions, automated messaging, and improving candidate communication.
  • Maintain a strong network of active OPT/CPT candidates from

    universities, job boards, and online communities

    .
  • Use

    ATS systems and AI analytics

    to track pipeline performance and improve sourcing strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on

    US work authorization policies, immigration laws

    , and

    AI trends in recruitment

    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an

    OPT/CPT Recruiter

    in

    US IT Staffing

    .
  • Experience hiring

    entry-level and mid-level OPT/CPT candidates

    for full-time roles.
  • Strong understanding of

    US visas (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT etc.)

    .
  • Proficiency with

    AI sourcing tools, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn)

    , and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    target-driven, AI-augmented environment

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on use of

    ChatGPT, Gemini AI, or other generative AI tools

    for recruitment automation.
  • Experience with

    direct clients / implementation partners

    in full-time hiring.
  • Familiarity with

    AI-powered resume screening and matching tools

  • Strong networking with

    universities, student communities, and consultants
