candidates for US-based IT roles.
Use job portals such as

.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding with Account Managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Stay updated on US immigration rules, visa types, and recruiting trends.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in
US IT Recruitment or OPT Hiring
.
Knowledge of
US Visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B)
and compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently during US night shifts.
