1 Human Resources Manager IT Staffing (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisals, and retention programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
Provide HR guidance to leadership and manage workforce planning.
Utilize HR analytics for reporting, talent development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR (preferably IT/Staffing industry).
Strong understanding of HR policies, performance management & compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills.

2 OPT Recruiter US IT Staffing (4 Positions)

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit
OPT, CPT, and H1B
candidates for US-based IT roles.
Use job portals such as
Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder
.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding with Account Managers.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth hiring processes.
Stay updated on US immigration rules, visa types, and recruiting trends.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in
US IT Recruitment or OPT Hiring
.
Knowledge of
US Visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B)
and compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently during US night shifts.
