Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OPT recruitment, with a strong focus on H1B and H1B transfer profiles (must have experience working with these specific visa categories).
Experience in onboarding IT profiles.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple profiles at once.
Ability to handle candidate queries and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Knowledge of US immigration processes related to OPT, H1B, and H1B transfers.
