Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Market

  bench consultants

  to existing and new vendors/clients.
• Proactively identify and place consultants on

  contract, C2C, and full-time

  roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, direct clients

  , and other partners.
• Regularly update and follow up with consultants on marketing activities, pipeline, and interviews.
  
• Submit candidates through portals and follow up for interview feedback.
  
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
  
• Negotiate best rates for both consultants and clients.
  
• Generate leads and develop new vendor relationships.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 3+ years of

  Bench Sales Recruiting

  experience in the U.S. staffing domain.
• Excellent understanding of

  US job market, IT skills, and visa classifications

  .
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  
• Experience working with

  ATS/CRM tools

  , job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and vendor portals.
• Ability to market OPT/CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and USC consultants effectively.
  
• Proven track record of

  quick placements

  and

  closing positions

  .

• Experience working with

  Prime Vendors & Direct Clients

• Strong vendor network and ability to generate new business.
