Job Description

Manage end-to-end client data operations including data collection, validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer service, compliance, and technology to resolve data discrepancies, support client onboarding, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Monitor, analyze, and reconcile client data reports, identify gaps or anomalies, and implement corrective actions to improve data integrity, operational efficiency, and service delivery timelines.

Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, standard operating procedures, and audit trails while adhering to confidentiality, data security policies, and service level agreements.

Support continuous process improvement initiatives by suggesting automation, process enhancements, and best practices to reduce errors, turnaround time, and operational risks.
