Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Lead located in Pune. The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and analyzing operational data. The role involves managing people, maintaining effective communication across teams, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Credence Global Solutions is looking for experienced Team Leads to join our dynamic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division in Pune.

📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)

🕓 Experience: Minimum 5+ years in RCM, with at least 1+ year in a Team Lead role


💼 Role Overview

As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring client SLAs and quality standards are consistently met.


✅ Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned RCM function (AR / Payment Posting / Eligibility & Benefits / Authorization)

Drive team productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs

Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and process training

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for process improvement

Analyze reports and maintain quality deliverables within timelines


🎯 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM

Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in handling team metrics and performance management

In-depth knowledge of RCM processes (AR, Payment Posting, Eligibility, Authorization)

Flexible to work in US shifts
