Operations Supervisor

As a departmental manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute departmental budgets, oversee inventory needs, and undertake office management and administration. You will need to come up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health and recruit quality employees to provide high-quality customer support. Your role will also involve motivating and supervising employees, evaluating their performance, delivering feedback, and addressing any shortcomings. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
