Operations Supervisor

As the preferred logistics partner for over 4,000 companies worldwide, we are dedicated to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations. **Role Overview:** As an Operation Supervisor in Hyderabad, your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency and profitability by implementing effective strategies and methods. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor day-to-day operational activities - Send alerts to all India/overseas sites involved in Clinical Trials - Support sales staff in client quoting - Provide local call time and local pickup time for new studies - Coordinate with clients to plan and schedule shipments - Prepare export/import documents for customers - Liaise with all India offices and agents for smooth operations - Interact with international offices and agents for shipment planning - Coordinate with Customs House Agent and IATA Agents for customs clearance and flight bookings - Provide proof of export/import documents to clients - Safeguard clients" shipment documents for 5 years - Advise clients on best dangerous goods (DG) shipment solutions and monitor each shipment closely - Identify and implement operational cost reduction initiatives - Collaborate with CHAs for pre-approval from customs in case of staff shortage **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream with over 5 years of experience in temperature control logistics - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or any regional language) - Experience in temperature-controlled environments, cold chain management, and customs & airlines regulations - Familiarity with SOPs, GMP requirements, and supply chain issues - Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, and logistics - Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, spreadsheets, and report writing - Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines with accuracy Join our team at CRYOPDP and contribute to our commitment to excellence in temperature-controlled logistics and customer service.,
