Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration: Process employee life cycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits) in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data privacy and retention policies. Generate offer letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and other HR documentation. Support payroll input processes by ensuring accurate and timely HR data updates. Employee Support: Respond to employee queries through HR helpdesk channels (email, ticketing systems, chat, etc.). Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools. Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as required. Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation for internal/external audits. Assist with background checks, statutory reporting, and recordkeeping activities. Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process standardization and automation initiatives. Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and operational testing. Maintain and update SOPs and knowledge base articles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 24 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a multinational environment.
