Job Description

Provides business-focused procurement processes services and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in meeting service KPIÃ¢ÂÂs executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, considering compliance, quality and efficiency of delivery.ÃÂ Develops relationships with local Stakeholders. May lead and/or provides support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.Role Overviewâ¢Manages and guides team members to achieve established objectives (if applicable)â¢Provides procurement processes service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIsâ¢Supports delivery of Procurement services into the Businessâ¢Maintains a proactive working attitude towards Client/Usersâ¢Has knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeterâ¢Manages relationships with stakeholdersâ¢Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates concerns as needed â¢Coordinates/supports junior professionals in following processes and problem-solvingâ¢Understands Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes â¢Has knowledge about cross-functional workâ¢Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementationGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilitiesâ¢Oversees and leads team members by providing clear guidance, setting expectations, coordinating tasks, and offering support to achieve established objectives (if applicable)â¢Performs daily activities properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targetsâ¢Responsible for a customer-focused service towards the Stakeholders, reacting to Client/Users requests and queries in a timely fashionâ¢Responsive to local Stakeholders in solving day-to-day activitiesâ¢Supports junior professionals in day-to-day activities â¢Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the functionâ¢Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeterâ¢Provides subject matter expertise to other team members as neededâ¢Proactively shares knowledge on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Service Delivery procedures with other team membersâ¢Acts in alignment with overall procurement policies and processesâ¢Supports transformation projectsâ activitiesâ¢Helps the team to achieve common goalsâ¢Continually seeks out ways to improve Stakeholders' satisfactionâ¢Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes â¢Supports and executes transformation projects
