Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist at Cialfo, you will play a crucial role in collecting and maintaining university profile details on the platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality and most relevant university data is accessible to our users. This will involve collaborating with the University Data Management team to gather and manage university data within Cialfo. Your key responsibilities will include performing web research and data collection online, managing data in the web application, MS Excel, or Google Sheets, interpreting and visualizing data to extract meaningful insights, and maintaining a quality score above the stated benchmarks. Additionally, you will be required to provide daily progress reports to the operations team lead. To qualify for this role, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree and preferably one or more years of experience in an operational or similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, web research abilities, and data organization skills are essential for this position. Basic knowledge of tools like chat GPT, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop will be beneficial. Moreover, you should be able to work effectively in a team, share knowledge, accept feedback for process improvement, conduct self-evaluation for personal growth, and be flexible to meet seasonal requirements.,
