Operations & Partnerships Lead – EdTech & Government Skilling Initiatives

📍 Location: Noida, Sector-135 (Hybrid) | 🕒 Full-Time | 📈 Experience: 3-5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program & Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of skilling programs, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder coordination. 
• Prepare and manage project timelines, dashboards, and delivery plans aligned with organizational KPIs. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech/content/marketing) to ensure seamless program execution. 

Proposal & RFP Development

• Create and structure responses for government RFPs, EOIs, RFQs, and other partnership opportunities. 
• Draft compelling technical and financial proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership. 
• Design impactful presentations, implementation blueprints, and supporting documentation. 

Government & Institutional Partnerships

• Engage with NSDC, state skill development missions, Sector Skill Councils, and ITI/polytechnic institutions. 
• Represent Skillible in partner meetings, reviews, and government stakeholder interactions. 
• Maintain active communication with training partners, auditors, monitoring agencies, and field teams. 

Content & Delivery Support

• Assist in translating project proposals into actionable delivery plans, including outreach, onboarding, and learner engagement. 
• Track compliance, audits, and reporting needs across skilling programs. 
• Feed operational insights into product and platform development (e.g., LMS workflows, learner dashboards). 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in EdTech, skill development, CSR/ESG initiatives, or government project management. 
• Demonstrated experience working with NSDC, state skilling bodies, ITIs, or polytechnics. 
• Strong experience in creating and managing proposals, RFP responses, and formal communication. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. 
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and basic project tracking platforms. 
• Ability to multitask, manage field-level partners, and maintain structured documentation. 
• Exposure to EdTech platforms, LMS operations, or blended learning delivery models is a plus.
