💼 Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day workflow management, radiologist scheduling, client communication, quality assurance processes, and ensure smooth 24/7 functioning of our teleradiology operations. This role is critical for maintaining service quality, optimizing efficiency, and supporting our growth.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end teleradiology workflow, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.

• Oversee radiologist rosters, shift allocations, performance tracking, and coverage planning.

• Coordinate with hospitals/diagnostic centres for onboarding, feedback management, and service optimization.

• Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain quality and operational consistency.

• Liaise with IT teams to ensure platform uptime, PACS/RIS functionality, and smooth troubleshooting.

• Track KPIs (TAT, productivity, error rates) and drive improvement initiatives.

• Handle operational escalations and maintain excellent client relationships.

• Support business expansion with process improvements and automation initiatives.

🎯 Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Healthcare Management preferred but not mandatory).

• 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations; teleradiology/diagnostics experience is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage 24/7 operations with a high sense of accountability & professtionalism.

• Proficiency in workflow tools, PACS/RIS knowledge, and data-driven decision-making.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
