Provide effective leadership for manufacturing operations in the plant which includes responsibilities in EHS, Production Goals, machine and material efficiency, cost and quality in conjunction with the business goals & objectives.
Reporting to the sr management team, the incumbent is expected to handle the following functions:-achieving operating targets in a safe and controlled manner-Result oriented in managing daily operations-Purchase & Vendor Development-Manage support services-Budget management-continuous improvement in operations and uphold operating standards-Industry Best Practices implementation-drafting and adhering to the SOPs-work and manage in a matrix organisation-Project management-Supervise teams, mentoring & training-Conract management-Asst in new product launches, production and engg improvements, product testing-handle supply chain logisticsinventory managementsupply chain, inventory, production, salesoptimise work flow and processes for efficiency, cost effectivenessmonitor manufcturing processes to esure high quality and productivity
