Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of daily execution and growth. Your mission?

Make things run smoothly while we scale smartly.

• Oversee 

  day-to-day operations

  , order flow, and delivery coordination
• Lead 

  vendor onboarding

  , service partner management, and field operations
• Handle 

  basic admin tasks

  , inventory tracking, and local logistics
• Execute 

  on-ground marketing campaigns

  , posters, banners, and digital promos
• Coordinate with tech team for app-level issues related to vendors/customers
• Create a 

  feedback loop

   between customers and operations
• Manage a growing team of delivery executives and service professionals
  

You are a Great Fit If You:

• Are 

  passionate about startups

  , ground operations, and local impact
• Have 

  1–4 years of experience

   in operations, logistics, or admin (startup or ecommerce is a plus)
• Are 

  street-smart, resourceful, and great with people

• Can 

  take ownership

  , adapt quickly, and get things done without hand-holding
• Prefer
