Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Founder's Associate located in Raurkela with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founder's Associate will assist the company founder with daily tasks including market research, business strategy development, operations management, and administrative support. Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, driven, and passionate Operations Manager to join us at this crucial early stage . You'll lead daily operations, manage vendor and delivery onboarding, handle admin, local marketing, and ensure seamless order execution. This role is not for the faint-hearted. It’s for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow with a high-potential startup from the ground up.
