Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly responsible and result-oriented Warehouse & Operations Manager to handle day-to-day business operations, warehouse management, and dispatch planning with optimal use of resources. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, and outward movement of goods Plan and execute dispatch schedules efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch as per invoices and delivery challans Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and periodic physical stock verification Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices to avoid dead or slow-moving stock Optimize manpower, space, and transport resources to reduce operational costs Coordinate with sales, accounts, and transporters for smooth order execution Ensure proper documentation (GRN, invoices, LR, delivery challans, etc.) Monitor and improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and material handling Implement process improvements for faster turnaround and error reduction Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the warehouse Handle vendor and transporter coordination and negotiate where required Resolve dispatch issues, shortages, damages, and customer complaints promptly Maintain MIS reports on dispatches, stock movement, and operations performance Desired Skills & Qualities:Strong direction sense and planning ability for dispatch and logistics Good leadership and team-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and coordination skills Cost-conscious mindset with focus on efficiency and optimization Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP preferred) Honest, disciplined, and accountable approach to work Qualification:Graduate / Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field Hands-on experience in warehouse and operations management is mandatory What We Offer: Stable work environment Growth opportunities Competitive salary (based on experience and capability)
