✔ Lead end-to-end CWC operations across states
✔ Drive SOPs, compliance, and service uptime
✔ Mentor and manage field teams (AMs & DMs)
✔ Use data to monitor performance, anticipate risks, and improve processes
✔ Engage with local govt., donors & stakeholders
✅ 8–10 years in ops management (water, sanitation, rural community engagement preferred)
✅ Strong data, reporting & team leadership skills
✅ Fluent in English; Hindi/Telugu a plus
✅ Willing to travel extensively
