Job Description

Position: Operations Manager – Facility Management

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Electrical Systems
Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
HVAC Systems
STP & WTP Operations
HNS (Housekeeping & Network Systems)
Safety Systems
UPS Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of all facility systems across IT companies and residential apartments.
Lead, train, and guide technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for timely issue resolution and performance improvement.

Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management operations, preferably in IT and residential environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹744,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
