🌍 We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Naandi Water 📍 Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai | 🕘 Full-time Naandi Water is on a mission to ensure safe, sustainable drinking water access across rural India. We're looking for an operations manager to lead multi-state field operations, ensure zero downtime at our community water centers (CWCs), and drive operational excellence on the ground. What You’ll Do: ✔ Lead end-to-end CWC operations across states ✔ Drive SOPs, compliance, and service uptime ✔ Mentor and manage field teams (AMs & DMs) ✔ Use data to monitor performance, anticipate risks, and improve processes ✔ Engage with local govt., donors & stakeholders What We’re Looking For: ✅ 8–10 years in ops management (water, sanitation, rural community engagement preferred) ✅ Strong data, reporting & team leadership skills ✅ Fluent in English; Hindi/Telugu a plus ✅ Willing to travel extensively To make a real impact at scale.
