Operations Manager

As an experienced candidate above the age of 35, preferably male, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Submitting daily accounts and attendance records. - Sharing the daily housekeeping checklist. - Organizing morning meetings. - Checking all rooms before guest arrival and submitting reports accordingly. - Documenting activities during guest stays and providing feedback post their departure. - Submitting all reports in a timely manner. - Filing incident reports for any occurrences at the property. - Ensuring no visitors are brought to the property without permission. In terms of qualifications, the company is looking for candidates with: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Total work experience: 2 years preferred - Hotel experience: 5 years required Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent.
