Job Description

Team & Recruitment Manage recruitment, training, and performance of staff across design, production, and marketing. Plan manpower requirements as per project workload. Production Management Supervise daily operations of CNC, acrylic cutting, signage, and printing jobs. Ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Maintain production schedules and allocate work effectively. Inventory & Vendor Management Track raw materials (acrylic, vinyl, ACP, inks, etc.) and maintain optimal stock levels. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement. Client & Project Coordination Work closely with design and client service teams to translate briefs into production jobs. Ensure client requirements are met with precision and quality. Process & Cost Control Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workflow efficiency. Monitor costs, reduce wastage, and support profitability goals. Generate reports on operations performance and suggest improvements.
