Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient processes. The role includes developing operational policies, monitoring productivity, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operational Management, Data Analytics, Team Management
• Experience in Productivity Improvement, Business Process Optimization
• Proficiency in Workflow Management and Productivity Monitoring
• Knowledge of the jewelry, luxury retail, or D2C Brands is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must have worked in Remote Mode before with Distributed teams
• Should be very good with Tech Tools/AI in terms of Operations, Team Management, Automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is minimum required
• Must be good with Excel and tracking progress
