Job Description

This is for an upcoming Jewelry brand by a renowned Influencer, Kritika Khurana

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery.
Regular follow-ups with suppliers on order status, dispatch, and payment cycles.
Ensure adherence to brand quality and compliance standards.

Production & Quality Control:

Track production timelines and proactively address delays.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product excellence.
Resolve operational or quality-related issues with vendors.

Order & Logistics Management:

Monitor daily order status and oversee smooth order processing.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Manage returns, replacements, and other after-sales processes.

Operational Planning & Tracking:

Maintain detailed records of inventory, vendor performance, and order movement.
Create reports and trackers for timelines, costs, and order fulfilment efficiency.
Work closely with the e-commerce and customer service teams for operational alignment.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure operational readiness for new launches and campaigns.
Contribute to improving operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements -

Based in Delhi NCR
Comfortable working on site office in Gurgaon and Hybrid sometimes
Must have at least 1+ Years experience
