Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of patient care quality. The role also involves strategic planning, budget management, and coordination with other departments for seamless service delivery.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality control standards
• Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and budget management skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize operational efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry is a plus
