Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager in the Security Services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry in Tricity (Chandigarh Panchkula Mohali), your role overview involves managing various operational aspects to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manpower Management: Arrange and deploy manpower promptly to meet operational needs. - Team Leadership: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high service delivery standards. - Security Services Oversight: Ensure security services comply with policies, customer requirements, and safety standards. - IFM Services Management: Supervise IFM services, including maintenance and housekeeping. - Client Interaction: Act as the main client contact, addressing concerns promptly for high satisfaction levels. - Training & Development: Train staff on safety protocols, security standards, and IFM processes. - Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports on service performance and operational activities. - Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation to control operational costs effectively. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience in security services and Integrated Facility Management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills for effective team and operations management. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage manpower requirements under pressure. - Previous experience in coordinating large teams across multiple locations is advantageous. - Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance within security and facility management. - Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
