Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations for Surgical Cotton Dressings and Disposables. Ensure adherence to Indian, US, EU & British Pharmacopeia standards. Oversee production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency. Drive process optimization, cost control, and on-time delivery. Implement GMP, regulatory, and safety compliance across operations. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Operations/Production/Pharma/Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/plant management, preferably in pharma, surgical disposables, or healthcare manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmacopeia standards, and compliance frameworks. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and complex operations.
