Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations for Surgical Cotton Dressings and Disposables.
• Ensure adherence to Indian, US, EU & British Pharmacopeia standards.
• Oversee production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive process optimization, cost control, and on-time delivery.
• Implement GMP, regulatory, and safety compliance across operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Operations/Production/Pharma/Engineering.
• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in operations/plant management, preferably in pharma, surgical disposables, or healthcare manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmacopeia standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and complex operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
