About the Role:

Operations Manager (HR & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline company operations, ensuring efficiency across HR and marketing functions.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement operational policies and frameworks.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital & traditional) to enhance brand presence and business growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Act as a key link between management and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements:

• MBA in HR, Operations, or related specialization.
• 4–5 years of experience in operations management, HR, and marketing, preferably in a

  software/IT company

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is an added advantage.
