Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our organization’s daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational planning, team leadership, and process improvement, and will play a key role in optimizing business performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth, efficient workflows
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with department heads to align processes with company goals
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance
• Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Support strategic planning and execute key initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of proven experience in operations or a similar leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency with operational software/tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite)
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
