Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee business operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, improving workflows, implementing policies, and driving operational excellence to support business growth.

• Oversee daily business operations across departments (HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Customer Support, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficient workflows.
• Ensure smooth execution of client projects, service delivery, and support functions.
• Identify gaps in operations and implement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, operational dashboards, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Work with leadership to align operations with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Supervise and mentor operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Support audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Identify risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Track operational expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Generate reports on performance metrics, resource utilization, and process efficiency.
• Communicate operational updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Act as a bridge between leadership and cross-functional teams.
