Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Mayapuri, Delhi Company: Harold Electricals Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Summary:Harold Electricals is looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, order fulfillment, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of logistics, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations, including after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations related to logistics and order fulfillment Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners Ensure smooth execution of orders from initiation to final delivery Handle after-sales queries and resolve customer issues promptly Maintain proper documentation and workflow tracking Manage and support team members across various functions Take prompt action to avoid delays and resolve bottlenecks Ensure timely communication across departments Requirements: Prior experience in operations or logistics management preferred Strong communication and team coordination skills Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously Problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus
