The manager will be responsible for creating a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring that all facilities run smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. This is an exciting role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and staff. Daily Responsibilities Batch Scheduling & Attendance Management: Schedule and manage daily batches. Maintain attendance records. Communicate schedule changes to students and instructors. Batch Visits & Observations: Conduct visits to observe sessions. Address issues, support instructors and students. Student Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze student feedback post-session. Share insights with management. Infrastructure & Facility Management: Conduct daily classroom inspections. Coordinate repairs and restock supplies. Fees Collection Management: Oversee daily collections. Maintain accurate records and follow up on dues. Batch Data Maintenance: Maintain and update batch records. Prepare daily reports for management. Enquiry Handling & Follow-Ups: Respond to course enquiries. Conduct follow-ups for conversions. Daily Operations Meeting: Participate and report daily tasks and updates. Weekly Responsibilities Reporting & Analysis: Summarize weekly activities. Analyze performance (batches, feedback, collections). Review and improve enquiry-to-admission conversion. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements. Monthly Responsibilities Performance Review & Training: Review performance metrics. Organize training sessions. Mentor new team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. 0–2 years of experience in operations/admin, preferably in education or training sector. Skills & Attributes Strong organizational & time management skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in basic CRM software. Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solver. Customer-focused mindset. Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
