Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all departments
Cutting, Processing, Stitching, and Finishing
Ensure
timely production and delivery
as per buyer timelines
Maintain and implement
SOPs, quality standards, and inspection procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet
daily and monthly targets
Drive
process improvement, efficiency, and compliance
with international quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in a similar role within a
knitwear or apparel manufacturing setup
Strong
leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to work under
tight timelines
and deliver results
Go-getter attitude
with practical floor management experience
Must have
own conveyance
and be residing near
Faridabad
Immediate joiner preferred
