This role involves managing teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and execute operational strategies to align with the company's goals and growth plans. Collaborate with senior leadership to create short-term and long-term operational roadmaps. Identify opportunities for diversification or process improvements to maintain a competitive edge. Problem-Solving Quickly address operational challenges, including production delays, equipment failures, or staffing shortages. Create contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions. Operational Efficiency Identify and address bottlenecks in production processes. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflows and minimize costs. Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to meet performance goals. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 5–10 years of experience in operations. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex production workflows. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
