Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the International Convention Center. Your role will involve managing various departments and staff members to deliver world-class event experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the convention center, including events, facilities, and logistics. - Coordinate with departments such as Events, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to ensure seamless execution. - Manage staff scheduling, performance, and operational workflows. - Monitor and optimize service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Liaise with clients and vendors to meet their requirements. - Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or event management, preferably in hospitality or convention centers. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to efficiently handle multiple events and teams. - Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.,
