Operations Manager

Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager at Ghar Mandir, you will play a pivotal role in managing various operational aspects of the business. Working directly with the founders, you will be responsible for overseeing processes, managing vendors, negotiating, and ensuring smooth order management. The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management and Negotiation:

- Identify potential vendors and suppliers for various products and services required by the company.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors

2. Order Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order placement to fulfillment and delivery.

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely shipment of orders.

- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Previous experience in operations management roles is preferable

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Strong proficiency in Hindi language.

- Proficient Excel skills
