Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items consistently and on time. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen. Follow portion control and standard recipes to minimize wastage. Assist in daily kitchen operations including chopping, mixing, grilling, frying, and baking. Work closely with the Caf Manager and team to ensure smooth caf operations. Monitor stock levels, inform the manager of shortages, and assist in basic inventory management.
